The unique design of the unit needs to be seen. The 30 head filler bowl is designed to minimise waste volume, and allow the bottling of run sizes from 500L (to date our smallest run) up to an average of 30000L per single shift.
Cap distribution has also been re-invented with the unique 'on their side' system which stops caps getting stuck in the chute. Quite ingenious when you think about it!
We can apply Stelvin style screw caps, LUX style screw caps, crown seals, and corks. And we can bottle into a variety of bottle shapes and sizes ranging from 375mL to 1.5 L magnums.
