Sharyn has worked in contract bottling for at least 15 years, and is the trusty director general. From the admin managers chair she has control over all parts of the operation. You will be talking with Sharyn when you ring the TBC land-line.
Stefan has been involved in contract bottling as an engineer for the best part of 15 years, firstly at Rapaura Vintners and then helping Foley Family get their operation going, and more recently with Cloudy Bay.
Matt has over 15 years experience from the winemaking end of the bottling line. Matt will be either on the microscope or with a set of calipers beside the labeller. Outside of work Matt can found with a defibrillator in hand, as an Ambulance volunteer.
Kim is the super production planner here at TBC. Kim has a wealth of scheduling knowledge and is generally your first point of contact. When you make an on-line booking Kim will get back to you soon after to firm up your bottling.
Wendy is our Health and Safety Coordinator and ensures quality procedures.
Pete is our bottling supervisor. He makes sure all runs go without a hitch.
Richmond is one of our very knowledgeable Bottling Operatives and knows his way around all the machines on our bottling line.
Jay is another of our very knowledgeable Bottling Operatives and knows her way around all the machines on our bottling line.
Dave is in charge of our warehouse and inwards goods, but can be found doing almost any other job (if needed). Coming from a career in the military, Dave provides an expert tactical approach to logistics and warehousing.
Blossom is our extremely capable lab manager.
